The mission of the Home Builders Association of Kern County (HBA) is to promote housing opportunities and affordability in Kern County community. As a corollary, the HBA seeks to ensure a pro-business and pro-housing economic environment in Kern County and its cities, and a fair and cost-efficient regulatory process with our public agency partners.
